Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Condition of Items:
    • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Refund needs to initiate within 7 days from the day of purchase.  
    • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Restocking Fee:
    • 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
  3. Exclusions:
    • We do not offer refunds for iStar products purchased from third-party dealers or unauthorized sellers.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  3. Please note that while we process refunds as quickly as possible, it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card due to processing times by your financial institution or payment processor.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories or documentation.
  3. Ship the item to the US address provided by our support team.
