Someone selling the codes twice?

So far the system three times said that the code is already used by someone else. Its been a constant back and forth for service to fix this. It is a bit annoying since the reply back could be. 24 hours later. TV is an on demand thing and it really doesn’t make any purpose if you can’t watch when you want though you paid does it…
