Our Istar has very few channels and a lot of them looks missing. i updated the D net, the database and everything but still very limited channels. and some options are not even working

I ordered 10 days ago and I spoke to them on WhatsApp they said it will arrive before Monday which is more than 10 days of the placed order. I spoke to them again this morning and they changed their word and saying they will ship it tomorrow! they have not even shipped it it is been two weeks and they keep lying to me! I do not really recommended and disappointed.
